About Mel
Mel Hall is the Managing Principal of Value Proposition. With many years of experience, he is responsible for the firms strategy, customer engagement, and delivery
He is passionate about harnessing new technologies and processes to drive innovation and growth for clients. With deep expertise in IT, telecommunications, energy, real estate, finance, and education. Mel spends most of his time working with senior executives on transformational and disrupted change. Additionally, Mel is an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University's Rohrer College of Business. Prior to Value Proposition, Mel has held engineering management positions at Comcast, Lockheed Martin, and John Wiley Publishing
Mel holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering Technology (BSET) and Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Fox School of Business at Temple University
In his spare time, Mel enjoys being with his family, traveling, eating good food, running, skateboarding, coaching, and playing basketball
